	D. Create a Line Chart from a Frequency Table
1. Single Line Chart:
			You are given the frequency table to the left. Create
Presidents			a line chart following the steps below.

90 - 99		2	6. Fill in Category (X) axis: Age At Death
			7. Fill in Value (Y) axis: Frequency.
		8. Click Next and Finish.

Line CHART: You will see a Line Chart similar to the one below:

Format the chart:

We still need to customize the graph to make it more presentable.

9. Remove the legend: Frequency since you only have one category. Click on it and press delete.

10. Format class intervals on X-Axis:

Click on the class intervals of the X-Axis. Format Axis will appear.

Choose Alignment and align text 75 degrees vertically.

2. Double Line Chart:

The table below lists the number of students receiving a certain grade in two sections of a statistics class:

You are given the frequency table above. Create a line chart following the steps below.

1. Highlight the entire table including titles 'Grades', ‘Section 1’ and

‘Section 2’.

2. Click on Chart Wizard on Toolbar.

3. Select Line.

4. Choose graph: 4th option and click Next twice.

5. Fill in Chart Title: Grades of Two Sections of Statistics

6. Fill in Category (X) axis: Grade.

7. Fill in Value (Y) axis: Frequency.

8. Click Next and Finish.

E. Create a Scatter Plot

The table below lists the number of students receiving a certain grade in a statistics class:

You are given the frequency table above. Create a line chart following the steps below.

1. Highlight the entire table including titles 'Grades' and

‘Frequency'.

2. Click on Chart Wizard on Toolbar.

3. Select XY(Scatter).

4. Choose chart sub-type 1 and click Next twice.

5. Click on Titles on the top bar.

6. Fill in Chart Title: Grades Statistics Class

7. Fill in Category (X) axis: leave blank.

8. Fill in Value (Y) axis: Frequency.

9. Click on Data Labels on the top bar.

10. Click on X Value. This will display the grade on the graph.

11. Click Next and Finish.
